Returns & Warranty Policy

At Conroy’s Electronics, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our returns and warranty policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we may accept returns within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that the item(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. In such cases, return shipping and processing costs may be the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
NB: No return after 3 days of purchased.

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or (876) 875 3992 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Package the item(s) securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
Warranty Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your replacement as follows:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Items that do not work on first use may be returned to Conroy’s Electronics for a replacement within 7 days after the date the item was received. Items altered or damaged through misuse by the Customer, accidents, fire, and flooding, natural disasters while in possession of the Customer, or which fail due to being used in voltage or circuits for which it is not designed, or by voltage fluctuations cannot be returned and are not covered by the warranty. The Customer must submit the original Conroy’s Electronics purchase invoice or the order number, in the case of purchases from Conroyselectronics.com, at the time of requesting a replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item(s), we will send you the correct item(s) or issue a replacement, including the original shipping charges.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, item has to returned within 1-2 hours of purchased, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus a 10 % restocking fees, any applicable fees and return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
